This tutorial will also help familiarize you with how to use Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) to manage and grow your firm. KPIs create an analytical basis for decision-making and help focus attention on what matters most to your business. It is critical to measure the right things to help improve better decision-making in your business. In addition, it is a great idea to measure staff productivity and vendors over time to identify historical trends/patterns.
