Setting Up Lead Status Timers and Firm-Wide Timer Settings Follow
“Lead Status Times” are workflow management timers that will trigger a series of alerts to the Current Assignee of the lead when the assigned Time Window for that Status is elapsed, and you may customize these thresholds for your firm below in the “Timer Settings” area of this window. The “Timer Settings” area is located by scrolling down past the list of Statuses.
You can change the "timer" threshold for any “Status” in Days and Hours to customize your firm's workflow at any time and adjust it at any time to adjust your productivity.
