How to Enable the Classic Inbox Follow
The New Inbox allows a very focused intake/sales experience designed as a center of excellence for law firm intake and case management users. However, some users could continue to use the Classic Inbox.
Do you miss the Classic Inbox? The Classic Inbox had these three tiles (Tasks, Newsfeed or Events, Inbox)
How to Turn the Classic Inbox Back On
Enabling the Classic Inbox is a setting that could be made for each user in your Law Ruler system.
To get started, on the top-right corner of the screen, click on your user name to open the user menu, then click on the "User Settings" option.
Next, in the "Default Login Screen" header, you will check the box that says
"Default to Classic Inbox" as shown below:
How to Turn the New Inbox Back On
If you want to switch back to the new Inbox at any time, you will want to uncheck the "Default to Classic Inbox" box. And that is all there is to it. You can change this setting for each user at any time.
