Intake Performance Summary Report Follow
The Intake Performance Summary is a daily report that provides an overview of the new leads received as well as e-signs sent and signed for the current day. This report can also be used to compare the daily new lead and e-sign metrics with the all-time totals, which helps you keep track of the progress made each day in comparison to the overall progress.
Using the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen, go to “Reports”.
⚠️ Only users with the Reports permission will have access to this screen.
Navigate to the “Intake Performance Summary” page.
In the top-left corner of the page, you will find the "Case Type Filter" setting. This setting can be used to filter the report by specific case type(s). If this filter is not used, the report will show results for all case types by default.
The "New Leads Today" tile shows the number of new records created in the portal for today only. The "E-Signs Sent Today" and "E-Signs Signed Today" tiles show the number of e-signs sent and signed today, respectively.
The "Total Leads" tile shows the total number of all lead/case records in the CRM portal (not including deleted records). The "Total Sent E-Signs" and "Total Signed E-Signs" tiles show the total number of all e-signs that have ever been sent and signed. These bottom 3 tiles account for all records in the CRM and are not restricted by a date range.
Beneath the tiles, there will be four pie charts that further break down the reporting numbers.
The “New Intakes Today by Status” graph shows the percentage of new records from today that, by status, have been categorized as an intake. These are records that were created today and placed in a status that falls under the “Wanted/Chasing” and “Clients” dashboard categories.
The “New Leads Today by Status” graph shows the percentage of new records from today that have been categorized as a lead. These are records that were created today and placed in a status that falls under the “New/Open”, “Referred”, and “Rejected” dashboard categories.
