The Agenda Screen in Your CRM Follow
The Agenda screen will help you stay on top of tasks that are assigned to you, calendar events that are coming up, and any recent activity that has occurred in the CRM. To access the Agenda, use the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen and go to "Agenda".
Newsfeed
The “Newsfeed” section takes up the left half of the Agenda screen and is where you can keep track of everything that’s happening in the portal. The activity logs in the Newsfeed are updated in real-time, with the most recent activity showing at the top. Depending on your user account’s permissions, you may only be able to see your own completed activity in the Newsfeed. Please note that the name of the user that appears next to the lead/client's name indicates the user that performed the activity.
If you ever need to track down any specific activity, you can use the search bar in this section to look up keywords related to that activity. Additionally, you also have the option to apply filters to the activity logs shown in the Newsfeed.

Tasks
The “Tasks” section located in the upper-right corner of the Agenda screen is where you will be able to view and keep track of any tasks that are assigned to you. For each task, the lead/case's ID and name appear above the task's subject. Click on the subject of any task in order to view the full details and/or edit the task. The task's due date is displayed on the right. Any overdue tasks will have a red alert icon displayed next to the task.
💡 Please note that tasks can be completed and deleted from the “Tasks” page. You can access this page by clicking the "Go to Tasks" option in the lower-left corner of the Tasks section in the Agenda or it can also be accessed through the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Events
The "Events" section located in the lower-right corner of the screen is where you can keep track of any upcoming events. The events are displayed in chronological order according to when they will take place. For each event, the date/time of the event displays on the left and the lead/case's ID and name are to the right, above the event's title. If you would like to view the events on a calendar, click the "Go to Events" option in the bottom-left corner of the section to open up the CRM Calendar screen.
You can quickly create a new calendar event by clicking on the "+" button located at the top of the Events section. A pop-up will appear where you will be able to configure the details of the event such as the title, location, attendees, start and end times, and more. You can also select an existing lead/case record to link to the event.
