The Notification Center Follow
The Notification Center offers powerful user notifications to always keep your firm on top of everything that is happening in the CRM portal. Whether it is keeping track of your progress on leads, seeing notes where you are tagged, task updates, missed or abandoned calls, or seeing an SMS text message reply from a client, you can get notifications, your way!

How to Use the Notification Center
The bell icon located on the upper right-hand side of your screen will contain notifications from the Notification Center. This will keep you notified of various events in the portal and is customizable to how you want to use the CRM!
After clicking on the bell icon, you will see your personalized list of activities that are occurring in real-time in the portal.
Filtering Notification Types
You can filter by specific notification types by clicking the "Filter" button, and then opening the "Type" menu option.
After selecting the desired notification types, press the "Apply" button at the bottom to filter your notifications.
Filtering Notifications by Date
You can filter notifications by date by clicking the "Filter" button, and then opening the "Date" menu option.
Use the calendar picker to select a desired date range, and then press "Apply" at the bottom of the calendar to save the range.
Next, click the "Apply" button at the bottom to filter your notifications to only show notifications in the selected date range.
Filtering Notifications by All/Unread
You can quickly filter notifications to see a list of all notifications you have received as well as new unread notifications that have not yet been marked as read. This can be done by clicking the "All" and "Unread" radio buttons.
Marking Notifications as Read
If you want to mark all of your notifications as read at once you can do so by clicking on the "Mark All as Read" Button.
Navigating Directly to a Customer Record From a Notification
You can quickly access a record by clicking on the name of the lead/case in the upper left corner of the notification. This will open the lead/case record in a new browser tab.
Customizing Your Notifications
Do you wish to stop receiving certain types of notifications via email/SMS? If so, you can adjust your notification preferences to receive alerts only for specific notifications that interest you.
Start by clicking on your initials bubble in the upper-right corner of the screen, and navigate to "User Settings".
Next, scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the "Notification Center" section. This is where you can choose which notifications you want to receive and how you prefer to receive them - through email, SMS, or both.
Turning Off Email/SMS Notifications
In this section, you have full control to turn on/off specific types of notifications from being sent to you via email/SMS, and only notify you inside the portal's notification center. This gives you more flexibility to focus on what you primarily do at your firm.
💡 You can mark certain notifications as read automatically so you do not have to manually do it. To do this, check the box in the "Mark as Read" column on the right side.
How to Reset Your Notification Settings Back to Default
Do you want to go back to the default notification settings that your firm has set? You can do so by going to your User Settings page, scrolling down to the "Notification Center" section, and pressing the "Apply Global Settings" button.
This will set all your notification type settings back to defaults.
