The Notification Center helps you stay on top of everything that's happening in your firm's CRM portal. Whether it's tracking progress on leads, seeing notes you've been tagged in, task updates, missed calls, or SMS replies from clients—you can manage notifications your way!

How to Use the Notification Center
Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner of your screen to open the Notification Center.
Here, you’ll see a personalized list of real-time activities in the portal. The notifications are customizable, so you can choose what’s most important for your workflow.
Filtering Notification Types
1. Click the Filter button within the Notification Center.
2. Open the Type menu.
3. Select the notification types you want to see. Then, click Apply to update your notification list.
Filtering Notifications by Date
1. Click the Filter button within the Notification Center.
2. Open the Date menu.
3. Use the calendar picker to select your preferred date range. Then, click Apply at the bottom of the calendar.
4. Click Apply again to filter your notifications to only show those in the selected date range.
Filtering Notifications by All/Unread
You can quickly toggle between:
- All notifications you’ve received.
- Unread notifications that have not yet been marked as read.
Use the All and Unread radio buttons to switch views.
Marking Notifications as Read
To mark all notifications as read in bulk:
- Click the Unread radio button to view only your unread notifications.
- Click the Mark All as Read button repeatedly until no unread notifications remain.
⚠️ The system clears notifications in batches of 10 at a time, so you may need to click multiple times if you have more than 10 unread notifications.
Navigating to a Customer Record From a Notification
You can quickly access a record by clicking the lead/case name directly above any notification. This will open the lead/case record in a new browser tab and will also mark the notification as "read".
Customizing Your Notifications
Do you wish to stop receiving certain types of notifications via email/SMS? If so, you can adjust your notification preferences to receive alerts only for specific notifications that interest you.
1. Click your initials bubble located in the upper-right corner of the CRM, and go to User Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Notification Center section at the bottom of the page. Next, choose which notifications you want to receive and how—via email, SMS, or both.
Turning Off Email/SMS Notifications
You can turn off email/SMS alerts for specific notifications and only receive them in the Notification Center.
💡 Tip: You can also set certain notifications to be automatically marked as read. Just check the box under the Mark as Read column on the right.
Resetting Your Notification Settings to Default
If you’d like to restore your firm’s default notification settings:
1. Go to User Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Notification Center section.
3. Click the Apply Global Settings button.
This will reset all notification types back to the default configuration set by your firm.
